We’ll collect you from your hotel at 9:30 in the morning to kickstart our day. Our first destination is Ortahisar, a quaint and unspoiled town encircled by a historic rock fortress.

Continuing our journey, we head south to Mustafapasa, previously recognized as Sinasos. The echoes of its Greek village history are displayed through its captivating interior architecture and a collection of beautifully adorned ancient churches.

Our route then leads us from Hinefendi to the Roman remnants of Sobesos. Here, we encounter a remarkable late Roman site featuring a classical bath and vibrant stone mosaic floors. Sobesos, a relatively recent and serendipitous discovery, offers a splendid illustration of the hidden archaeological gems that still lie within Cappadocia.

Our subsequent destination is the picturesque Soganli Valley, where we’ll enjoy a leisurely stroll through gardens and orchards, explore renowned cave churches, and savor lunch in the village. Following the meal, prepare to venture underground in Kaymakli, the most expansive of Cappadocia’s subterranean cities. These remarkable spaces were crafted as shelters for thousands, showcasing churches, kitchens, stables, and even a copper refinery.

Our final stop of the day introduces you to three enchanting fairy chimneys, also referred to as family fairy chimneys. After an enriching day, we’ll conclude by returning you to your hotel around 4:30 PM.
